The Cyclones were named Sportsmanship winners for the Spring season posting an astonishing 437 points. This is the first outright Sportsmanship award the Cyclones have won, to go with their 3rd place patch won 4 seasons ago.
The Cyclone family has always exhibited excellent sportsmanship, players, parents & coaches, it is great that we have finally been recognized.
The sportsmanship award adds a nice bow on a season that was a rollercoaster on the scoreboard, but a tremendous success in many other ways!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PLAYERS WHO HAVE CONSISTENTLY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD AS MODEL PLAYERS.
There are many times during the season that the players were faced with situations and opponents in which frustration would have gotten the better of some players, but not our girls, they sey an excellent example!
